Hey everyone!

This week was a good one, as usual. Nothing too out of the ordinary happened, just a lot of tender mercies, talking to random people, and knocking doors. Ya know, the usual.

One of the highlights this week was on Thursday we went to volunteer at this thrift store and I got to see the sweetest person ever. She is an older lady who works there, and when we were organizing clothes she saw me looking at a dress so she bought it for me! She is seriously the cutest and a tender mercy for me. I know God is watching out for us and sends us people to serve and help us. I'm so grateful for her, we are buds. :)

We also were able to go to a super cool birthday party for a member of our branch who was turning 5. It was cars themed, and so adorable. While there we were also able to meet a lot of friends and family who weren't members and get to know them. They weren't all from our area, but hopefully when they see missionaries in their area they will remember us and let them in!

We also had the opportunity to meet with an investigator and talk to her about the Book of Mormon. Her name is Margarita and she is so willing to learn. She has so many questions and is such a sincere, sweet lady. I'm so grateful for the Book of Mormon and the opportunity to bear testimony of it as a missionary.

I love you all, have a good week!

Santa came early!!

Hello family and friends!

This week was super exciting, as we received the news that we are now allowed to use Facebook to proselyte and we also received smartphones! One of the assistants to the president dressed up as Santa and brought around all our new phones, it was pretty funny haha.

But seriously we are so excited for this new technology and these new opportunities and it is so amazing to see how this work is hastening!

I am so grateful for this gospel and the opportunity to share it. I know that it has blessed my life so much, and has helped me become the person I am today. I know that we all have so much potential as God's children, and that He loves us so much.

I'm so grateful for all of you and all of your support! For all of you who have stuck around this long and keep reading my emails, shout out to yall! You're halfway there! ;) haha

Some kittens were following us haha

We were scooping ice cream at an ice cream place :)

Hello everyone!!

I hope y'all had a fantastic week! Here in Georgia we definitely had lots of fun and adventures this week.

We got the news that we will be able to begin using Facebook this Friday! I am super excited to be able to use this technology in proselyting! We are looking forward to seeing how it accelerates the work here. I will keep y'all updated. :)

One fun thing this week was that we were able to go on exchanges with some of the sisters in our zone. I always learn so much from exchanges, and this exchange was no exception! It was really cool as we spent the day learning from each other, and since I went with Sister Gifford who has been out for a while, I learned a lot of cool ideas! One of our favorite things to talk to people about is family history. It has been a big focus on our mission, and it is so fun to get to know people and help them get to know their family.

Thanks everyone for all your love and support, I hope that you have a wonderful week!

Hello everyone!

I hope y'all had a fantastic week! This weekend was so wonderful because we were able to watch general conference! I received so many answers to my personal questions and prayers and I know that God truly calls prophets and apostles to bless us in our days! If you weren't able to watch it, I challenge you all to get on lds.org and read or watch the talks. Listening and heeding to the counsel given to us from modern prophets and apostles can bless our lives so much.

This week was also great because we had a small zone meeting and talked about how we can use family history work to talk to more people. We know that the message we share is so important to families not only the family we have here, but also the family that has passed on. It was so fun helping people we met discover more about their genealogy and help them set up accounts on familysearch.org

I love this work and am so grateful for the opportunity to be a missionary. I hope you all have a great week!
